Employees

Gaunley Home Care, LLC will provide equal opportunity in all employment matters, including, but not limited to, the hiring of a direct care worker or the termination or suspension of a direct care worker's employment. Consumers

None of Gaunley Home Care, LLC's consumers shall be subjected to discrimination in the provision of any care or service including, but not limited to, the type of services provided to any consumer or the assignment of direct care workers to any consumer on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, disability, age or any other prohibited factor. 

Gaunley's consumers shall have the right to be involved in the service planning process and to receive services with reasonable accommodations for their individual needs and preferences.
